Senior Financial Analyst

About the Position:

Working under the leadership of the Director of Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance of the financial systems, processes, and administrative culture of Rhema Christian Center, in a way that will seamlessly facilitate the growth as driven by the vision of Senior Pastor, Dr. La Fayette Scales. This position will execute a variety of priority tasks associated with the financial affairs of Rhema Christian Center, which includes recording contributions, accounts payable, payroll and associated taxes, and preparation of a variety of financial reports.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree or an associate’s degree with 5 years or more years of broad financial experience or equivalent professional work experience.

Past work experience in church or nonprofit organization is preferred. The general qualifications for the position include strong administrative and organizational skills, a solid background in accounts payable and payroll experience, a working knowledge of Peachtree, ACS Technologies or similar church data management program as well as basic MS Office program among core office skills.

Full-Time Sanitation Technician

The custodian will be responsible for performing manual labor duties relating to the cleaning, upkeep and custodial maintenance of the building sites, offices, rooms, and premises of Rhema Christian Center, Inc. and its affiliated ministries.

This position is one that demands the following qualifications:

· Must have two years’ experience in cleaning and caring for a building or housekeeping functions

· Must be able to sit, stand, bend, reach, lift and move intermittently during work

· Must be able to work beyond normal hours for planned functions of the church and in response to emergencies

· Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when the circumstances warrant and have good people skills

· Must possess basic computer skills to include: Micro-Word, Excel, and Email.

· Salary will be based upon experience
